For people who kept their links in Pocket
Moving from Pocket? Bring your export to KeepFinding
Pocket closed on July 8, 2025, and its exports could be downloaded until October 8, 2025. If you saved yours, the links you kept can live here. KeepFinding reads the Pocket CSV as it is.
What comes across
Every link and its title
Each row of the file becomes a saved link with the title Pocket had for it. The date you saved it comes too.
Your tags
Pocket tags become topics on each link, so a list with the prompt "tagged recipes" gathers everything you tagged recipes.
What you had archived
Links you archived in Pocket go to Archive, so Home starts with what you had not finished. Everything else lands in your library.
Covers and summaries
The file has no pictures, so KeepFinding then reads each page for its cover and a short summary. A page that is gone keeps its title and link.
Before you start
Find the file Pocket gave you. If it is a .zip, unzip it first: KeepFinding takes the .csv inside. If there are several .csv files, import them one after another.
A file can hold up to 5 MB and 5,000 links. An account keeps up to 3,000 links, archive included, and a trial library without an account keeps 80. Links already in your library are skipped, so importing the same file twice adds nothing.
Import it
New to KeepFinding
Choose Import your Pocket export on this page and create your account.
On the welcome screen, next to Or a whole bookmarks file, choose your Pocket .csv. The links go in straight away.
Pick a few topics you want more of, or choose Skip for now. For covers, open Settings and, under Your data, choose Fill them in.
Already using KeepFinding
Choose Import your Pocket export on this page, which opens Settings for you. In the app, Settings is at the foot of the side menu (Menu, top left, opens it) and, signed in, in your account menu at the top right.
Under Your data, choose your Pocket .csv. KeepFinding shows what it found, such as "1,240 links · read as Pocket export", before anything is added.
Choose the Import button. KeepFinding then reads each page for its cover. You can close Settings part-way; what is left is offered again next time.
Try it first, without an account
Save any link on Home and KeepFinding starts a trial library in this browser. Settings then shows Your data, which takes your Pocket file up to 80 links. Create your account later and the trial library comes with you.
What you get here
Lists you describe. Write what a list should hold, like "podcasts under 20 minutes" or "youtube videos i never opened". It becomes a row on Home with a page of its own, and the assistant handles the prompts a rule cannot.
Suggestions from what you keep. Name topics you want more of and KeepFinding suggests links for them next to your own, marked Suggested for you.
A reader that remembers. Articles open in a reader where you can highlight passages, and KeepFinding remembers where you stopped.
Save from anywhere. The Save to KeepFinding extension for Chrome saves the page you are on, a link or the links in a selection. KeepFinding also installs as an app from your browser, and on Android it then appears in the share sheet.
Coming from somewhere else?
The same import reads Raindrop CSV exports, bookmarks exported from Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge (.html), any CSV with a column of links, and a plain list of links. Browser bookmark folders can each become a list.
No export file? There is nothing to bring in, but you can start fresh: save links as you find them and they are here when you have time.
